Default Anodizing footpegs and levers

Does anyone know of a cheap service that can anodize the stock footpegs and levers gold?

no but i would powder coat. It is just as nice and a whole lot cheaper. To have the dealership take off my rearsets and passenger pegs/send them out to get powder coated and reinstall them would run me an even $100. So if you do all the work yourself im sure it would be around 50-60 bucks or less

Thanks for the suggestion. Was that price for just the pegs or for all the components that makeup the footrests (brake lever, rods, everything that is bare aluminum)?

that was for the complete rearset. every part taken apart and coated along with the passenger pegs. That also included their labor of the breakdown and install. So you could save some serious cash if you did the break down and install yourself. its also like a 1-2 day turnaround.

I had my rims done for a little under $400 and that was with labor included. Turned out great!!!

What kind of shop does this? I tried to look in the phonebook but did not know what to look under.

not really sure. I just asked my stealership and he hooked me up with the place they use. Its not a mom and pop place, its a pretty big place, but its local.

I would just ask your dealership (any dealership) or search the web for powder coaters. I found like 3 in my area that i never knew was there.

Oh yeah, i bet you any auto body shop/paint shop would know where u can get it done. just a thought!!!

Thanks! I think making all that gold to match the other parts on my black bike will really make it look super!

Google powder coating in your area and you should come up with some shops.
