yeah my advice would be to just contact the tec department from where you got it from for installation help.......they should be able to solve your problem....yeah but show us those pics with your mods....

well for those of you getting ready to purchase the akrapovic, i was told that you elimante the exauhst valve, but leave the servo conected, i spent to days trying to get in contact with Akrapovic , the people that sold me the sytem not to mention any name cough "58CYCLES"cough and having no response form anyone, i treid calling lokhart phillpis, after being on hold for hours and fianlly talking to a tech who told me elimante it and make up a braket i said screw it, finally a powercommander dyno and tunning center was able to help me and is now going to tune my bike and fix my problem, so exu valve goes bye bye after akro installation. I will try and get post pics soon right now its still naked from akro installation.

Ahhh, so you leave the valve motor connected but take the cables off of it since the valve does not go onto the new system. This clears alot of things up. I'm suprised that the instructions mentions nothing of this in it. I still like that exhaust out of the three that I've seen available so far and think I sill still stay with it. Let me know how it sound and what your opinion of it is when its all said and done.

Whats up guys, im new to this site, but saw this post. I just installed a Micron slip on on my 636 about a week ago, and it came with VERY clear instructions, and they clearly stated that you do away with that valve, and it said you could zip tie the cables under the seat... I went ahead and took the cables completely off. I would think it would be the same with your exhaust as well. Hope this info helps,
