There is a hole in the middle of the pedal, I guess that's it...

But yeah, like I said, I ordered the pedal return spring by mistake, but I don't have one of those on my bike either so I might as well install it, but I have no clue how! The spring it soooo stiff it won't stretch anywhere by hand...
