S100 for the chainlube removal. Simple green works good too. You can buy some Hi-temp underhoodinsulation pad for the heat shielding.

wd-40 works wonders. I use a little to clean the tail of the bike if Some extra lube gets flug onto the tail.it just wipes right off with a quick spray of wd-40

Wd-40 is the all purpose cleaner. Works wonders on stainless steel as well. You could clean your whole bike with it plastics and all. Will not hurt the paint.

Probably leave the WD40 on as a coating so it will wipe off easier next time too, right? Did you guys know that WD40 was originally created for fishing to be sprayed on luresas stinkbait? I'm Serious.Works great on bikes too. LOL.

It is good for fishing but not what it was created for. It was created to spray on the electronics of missle heads. It is a water displacement. Given that name WD-40.
