Default 2007 ZX6R Frame Slider HELP

I just purchased woodcraft frame sliders for my 07 zx6r. The left slider went on perfectly. THe trouble that i am having is that i cannot get the bolt off of the right side. I have tried to heat the bolt up to melt the lock tight.. and all i have got out of that is a stripped bolt, so i am going to have to get a bolt remover but was wondering if this bolt is counter sunk or what?

Does anyone have experience with this issue.. please help.

I had the same problem with mine. The problem is the way you first started to take it off. When you take a bolt out that has lock tight you need to shock it. So what i did was drill a hole through the center and the put a punch through the whole and then vise grips on it. The hole and punch is so that the vise grips dont slip. Then just hit it hard once or twice and it should break it lose. Think of how an impact wrench works and try and do that. Hope this helps and I can give pictures if you need more help because I know its a little hard to picture.

Another thing you can do is get the bike hot by riding it or letting it run at idle until it gets hot. This will cause the locktite to soften up and it will come off easier.
