not a big fan of those huge flakes - i like metalic dust finish but that huge metal flake always wreaked of desperation for attention to me.

bikes are small enough that you could get the spray can kits for prizma colors and do it that way. color changing bike.

i'll stick with rustoleum bright red for now - rustoleum colors are durable and glossy, oh and cheap

Nah This Is the 2006 Metallic Titanium

 

They made a Titanium color or Silver in 03. What color is your bike now? Maybe someone will trade you & swap bodywork if yours is in the same condition as theirs.

Mine is really metallic blue.. its a custom color close to the color of the blue Mazda RX8's .. I think the color you are refering to is Galaxy Silver , The Titanium has a Gold look to it. I've Heard it has Gold Flake in it. Thanks.

 

you can get a clear coat that has a satin finish. with a two stage paint (which i would use) u HAVE to clear coat your paint. the base coats cannot withstand the UV rays and are not as durable. personally i like to be flashy, some people don't. all good, all a matter of opinion.
