just wondering if anyone has put the new and better brakes from the 09 on an older bike. Ive got an 06 and was wondering if they would fit?

No I did not know that the 09's had better calipers. I put the 07 6r nissin calipers on my 06 10r with great success. I am now curious too.

i was actually thinking about putting newer calipers on my 06 zx6r. because to be honest the 06 brakes aren't exactly the cream of the crop. could i put the 07 or 08 calipers on?

the 07's stop like a dream, i had new pads put on with my new rotors and it stops even better. freakin amazing. although these new pads are louder, i suppose i can suffer lol.

love my 09 fronts came into a turn hot this morning had a cop behind me and when he stoped me he said that the rear tire was off the ground just before i layed it into the turn boy what a rush
