The front will fit but the rotors are larger n the 05-08 ZX6R's. You will have to get caliper spacers (I have a set for sale) and longer bolts. The rear wheel will require special spacers or you can find an 07 ZX6R swingarm. Look in my album; I had done the 05-06 swingarm, wheels suspension mod on my 03.

You only need the special rear axle spacers and a rear rotor spacers. Front wheel is the same and will bolt right up. You'll need 10mm caliper spacers to make the rotors work on your forks. Why not go 07 swingarm, wheels, forks & rotors all the way. I was/ am thinking of selling my bike but if I don't, That is what I'm doing next. I already have most of the parts. And to think that I just switched everything back to 03;(

What I gleaned off of that answer. Normally the caliper spacers are the added buttons lets say between the caliper itself and to the mounting portion of the forks. This will adjust from a 300mm rotor to a 310mm rotor kind of thing.

so if i use the stock spacer off my 04 636 on the sprocket side along with a 30mm on the rotor side that should work and the wheel should be centered correct, or do i need to do anything else, i understand about the front wheel just want to make sure bout the rear

The front wheel spacers are the same from 03 to 08 ZX6R's. You will need the 4 10mm caliper spacers and yes, your 03 calipers will work fine. P.M me for the caliper spacers; I had some made but don't have the bolts (only 2). use all the stock 07 rear spacers to make the rear wheel work.
