i hope this isnt old news..... but i saw the 06 zx6r in a catalog today at the local dealer and theyre pretty sick. I dont believe they have changed anything beside the color line up. They are still going to have the green of course, and the blue if i remember correctly, but they are adding a black (which they call it ebony) and then the titanium one is going to have dark red flames on the sides. The rims on the titanium are anodized (i hope thats the right word) rims that are the same color as the flames on the side. So the front and rear rims are a darker red color. Its pretty sick lookin. Its not a real dark red, but it is darker. so yea.. hope that wasnt old news. I cant find pics of it anywhere on the internet. ill include a pretty cool link that has some good motorcycle pics and info.

ive been trying to find a pic of the 2006 zx 6r i have an 05 and i havent been able to find it online..where can i find it at?i heard its pretty much the same bike nothing has changed at all ..

 

i've been looking too. and the only thing that comes up is the zx 1400. i think the olny thing that would be different is the color. but as soon as i could find it. i'll post it.

the only thing i cant stand about the new gixxers is the mirrors. i hate the mirror/turnsignal combo. it makes them look retarded.

 

I hate to say it, but suzuki has done well this year... I agree with the mirrors, but slap on some pig spotter with turn signals in em and you're set

 

yea the gixxers are doing well. i even think the 04/05s are nice looking except the cyclops light. plus the only mirror/turn signal combo i like are the ones on the ducs and mv's and thats only because the mirrors are like 2 inches from the fairings and arent that functional. they made them look good over making them work good. its hard to use there mirrors unless your tucked. it was on the 01 duc i rode. not sure bout mv but they look similar.

 

Over here in Germany they are already selling the 06's. I have senn all of the colors and yes that is all they changed. I posted in the New member's area " new guy from Germany" a pic of my 06 in Ebony.

Now im not being a trader or anything, cuz i mean, i have an 05 636, so there is nothing to complain about, the bike is bad ***, but i have seen more pics of the 06 gixxer 600, and damn..... I was just on the suzuki site and they soo sick. I like the colors a lot. I like the blue, black and red, not so much the grey though. 2006, in my opinion has the sickest looking bikes. The color change for the 06 zx6r, the new zx10, which is bad ***, the r1 and r6 are bad *** too. I want one of each. I found a cool link with some nice pics of the 06 bikes. Check it out. I wish i would have waited til the 06 models came out to get a bike.
