Default 06 636 undertail...finally!!!!

so, i got sick and tired of waiting for a company to bring out an undertail for my bike to clean up that ugly emptyness that you get with an aftermarket pipe, so i made once myself.

dont know if i like it yet but i guess it looks alright. what do you guys think. im prolly going to paint them the black of the frame

What did you use for the cover. Looks much better! Maybe you should make kits and sell them.

You can buy flat plastic sheets available in different thicknesses. Make a template and get busy!

lol i was actually thinking about that but the main problem im going to run into is all the aftermarket pipes are different widths, if i made a kit it would be for leovince

Make a general kit with extra material leftand the customers can do their own trimming. You could just make the LV ones because most exhausts are same dimensions as the LV. Maybe the Yosh RS5 is a little wider. The Two Brothers will be muchdifferent. I have an RS5 that I'll be installing on the 05 build-up.

Fellas ,there is one on a cover bike of (fast bikes magazine) its totally dope if I can duplicate them they will be for sale, it was green to match the bike and was some sort of polycarbonate plastic that hid the downpipe, and made the exhaust exit half way through it. I am going to make one that uses existing holes thus giving a clean almost factory look I want,NO GHETTO **** HERE... If anyone knows what the bike in that mag was using please post it this has been bugging me for awhile.THANKS.
