Default 05-06 636's Coolant Temperature?

What are your coolant temperatures on 05 & 06 636's during normal riding and bumper to bumper temps reading? I have an 03 that I'm working on running around 200 degrees during normal riding and the outside temps were only 75 degrees. My 03 only runs at 175 degrees or less at that outside air temp. Mine used to run hotter around 185-190 but I did a wheelie and I guess the air bubbles worked themself to the top of the radiator and it started running cooler. So bleed your systems of air or do a wheelie.

I am usually in the mid 180's to low 190's at highway speeds. in city traffic it does go up towards 200 to 215. Been a while since it was that warm here though.

Well, I took the radiator cap off and there seemed to be a little bit of dirt/ corrosion under the seal so I cleaned it and took it for a long ride. On the freeway it stayed around 155 degrees and in city driving (50 mph Hwy) it was around 175 degrees however it was 50 degrees OAT today. I did notice that when I was in someones draft, the temp rose up on the freeway. I think the cap wasn't sealing and letting the air pressure escape causing Hi temps.

I always wondered about this. In hot summer heat about 90ish out side at a long light i will hit about 225. I hear the fan buzzing and it starts come down but it i get freaked out seeing that hight. I have added water wetter to bring it down and its still the same. On the flip side the coldest i have seen mine was 134, while on the freeway at night.
