Default 03 motor with 06 head dyno

Been trying to cut and paste this post but won't work for some reason... Sucks... Anyway, I replaced my 03 636 head with rebuilt 06 head. Dyno on stock motor was 106.95hp and 45.06 ft/lbs. With new head I got 109.3 and 46.84.
Stock exhaust and filter is a dirty BMC, running rich. Blockoff plates on the valve cover. Stock ECU.
Was expecting over 110, but not sure why I was expecting that. I guess was wishful thinking, as I don't know the stock numbers on a 05 05 636. 05 06 head has polished intake ports and the cams are different with slightly larger diameter valves.
Was a fun time working on the bike, at least!

You got close to 110. Do you have an PCIII? Try that with a ZX6RR ECU and clean filter ofcourse. You'll lose power without a filter so have paper element gutted out of thestock filter, BMCor K&N.I have a PCIII USB with a custom FBF Map for a BMC & Slip-On if you're interested. I'm returning my bike to Full 03 Stock (except for the FMF Slip-On).
