i would say plus 2 minus one,

the bigget you go in the back the better acceleration, the smaller in the back the more top end.

vice versa for front.

careful though, when you start getting really narly in the rear you wont be able to keep it on the gound. i saw a gixxer with +15 on the rear and he could pop it with very minimal throttle

whats the difference between going minus one on the front, isnt like just leaving the front stock and going plus one on the rear?? just wondering cause isnt it if you go down on the front it increases torque also plus going plus 2 in the back it will be more torque?? i was curious staying stock 15 front and 45 rear wondering if any1 has tried it yet??

yes you have it down. however since they are different sizes it isnt the same as going -1 to going +1

ex.
if you only go -1 in the font and leave the back stock i think it is like going +.75 in the rear

smaller front/bigger rear=more tourqe/more acceleration

bigger front/smaller rear=more top end

1 tooth on the front=around 2 on the rear. So goin with the usual -1, +2 on the rear only would be around +5

1 tooth in the front sprocket equals about 3 teeth in the back. Most guys like -1 front +2 back for best acceleration and power. You can try -1 first, then go +2 or vice-versa to see what you like the best. I don't like my motor winding out on the highway so I like my gearing stock or tall for higher speeds with less RPM. If you like drag racing or stoplight to stoplight & wheelies, the -1, +2 is the way to go.
