Question 08' ZX-14 Tire Advice

I'm looking for some advice on upgrading from the stock Bridgestones.
I ride my 14 daily, but need some better tires to do top out roll-ons and hold corners when running with these liter bikes. My 636 is only for the track now. I'm looking at the Michelin Pilot® Sport HPX, Pirelli Diablo, Avon Storm-ST. Since I ride year round I need some that can hold well in the rain too. As anyone had any experience with any of these tires?

Cik121, I am going with the Pilot Powers for my next set. I have not tried them yet but they are supposed to be good handling tires and are almost for sure going to beat the stock ones. Some of the guys on a ZX-14 forum really like them!

Default dunlop tyres

I have just tried the dunlop qualifier rr on my zzr1400 and proper abused it. trust me it not only hangs on better than the bridgestone it totaly transforms the bikes handling. I have done a track day on them and just come back from france and they are still like new.

Default Something will be on order this week!

Irony, that your hit me after this weekend. I high sided on my 14 Saturday while at full lean in a corner draggin knee. Even after hitting the twisties for about 45 minutes those tires didn't flex or retain heat. Thank goodness I was able to ride home and missed the trees off the road. Full leathers helped too.

I broke the nibble on the clutch res., cracked the upper on the left side, banged up the mid-left fairing, and the left rear plastic too. Its all good though. I was looking to paint if from the stock silver to the Chevy Sunset Orange and add all carbon fiber bits to it too. I'll toss up some pics once its done.
