Default Suspension Setup

What's up, all...just got back from the track with my ZX-10R and had an awesome time...what a bike!! I left the stock suspension just to see how the bike handled, but am now convinced that I need to set it up for myself. I'm a bigger guy (6'4" 235lbs) and was wondering if any fellow riders of about the same size had any suggestions as to how to set the front/rear suspension up to handle a bigger guy?

PS - I never knew 160 came so easy!! My last 2 bikes were a 2004 yamaha R1 and before that a Suzuki TL1000 (still one of my favorite motors).

Please post any suggestions!

good link notstock...also, Nightfire, I don't know if this is available at your track days but a lot times our local tracks will have someone available to setup suspension at the track day for $20-$40 bucks. last one I was at they worked with people throughout the day...I kinda wish I would have taken advantage of that but then again I usaually drag race so setting up for the road track would not help me to much.
