anyone install a remote start on thier zx10r?

what wires did you use? i know the start button wire is blk/red. but having trouble finding the "ACC" wire that turns the bike on like if the key was used.

 

You must keep your ride in neutral while parked then in order to do this mod?

 

I can see putting a remote start on your car for the winter time, but I cant think of any reason to put one on a bike.....other than to say you did and freak people out when they walk by it.

i could see my dumb a$$ hitting the button by mistake and the bike sitting there running in the parking lot with out me knowing it.......lol

 

its pretty cool, i have it on my cbr 929rr and it help with warming up time. i can start it while i get ready to ride and by the time i'm geared up it nice and warm.

yes if the bike is left in gear it will not work. its just an option feature on the 2 way alarm it have. along with 5sec engine kill in case some one tries to ride off on it.
