I installed the Manic Salamander bar ends before I did 2 track days at Barber Motorsports Park. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago. It eliminated the 4,000-5,500 RPM buzz totally. It did, however, move the buzz to the 2K-3K range. Not a big deal for me since I rarely stay at that range.
