passengers on a 650R
Just wondering if anyone that has brought passengers on their 650R.
IF so, how was the performance, and how much weight did you have on it?
Also how much weight do you think could go on it without making it dead slow on acceleration?

RE: passengers on a 650R
hello paul,
I weigh a solid ~250 and ride a 250r, i also ride this bike with my wife, and have no problem. I would a imagine that a bike that has more displacement and more power should be ok. most bike usually have a "weight limit" but this is mostly related to the suspension

Yea me and my wife ride on my Ninja 250r and the acceleration takes a little hit, but it's a 250. The 650 should have no problem at all. And should still out accelerate a 250 with 2 people on the 650.

RE: passengers on a 650R
Yeah I've had a bunch of passengers on my 650. She doesn't have the same pickup and handling. That said, I've never had anyone on the back big enough to make me feel dramatically slower. All and all, shes got enough to handle a passenger no problem.
