Default wiring routing

Does anyone have pics of how the wiring harness is routed along the bike?

I took every single wire off of the bike last year and my pics don't clearly show how the wires were run.

Thanks.

Joey, with all this major work you're doing, you DO have a copy of the factory service manual right?
Look at the first paragraph of the supplement: "Wiring and hose diagrams."
If you don't have the manual, go get one. It will pay for itself many times over during your ownership of the bike.
Peace!

I suppose it might be a good idea to take a look at that book. I forgot I bought one it was so long ago. Thanks for pointing out where to find the info. When I get home tonight I'll check it out.

Thanks Chris.

I looked in the supplment and the color schematic in the haynes manual and I've got all the wiring set except for the ignition coils and a wire that has a metal ring connector (as opposed to a plug) that seems like it should bolt to something near the handlebars. Anyone have an idea where this wire goes?

Also, I have the #1 and #2 ingition wires going to the right coils, but the schematics and pictures are rather ambiguous regarding which wire goes to which terminal.

When sitting on the bike the left, #1, coil has a left pin and a right pin.
the right, #2, coil has a top pin and a bottom pin. If anyone knows which wire goes to which pin that would be great.

Thanks!
