Word up...
I've also carried on my bike:
~a 120-lb VTR1000 Engine
~two complete motorcycle wheels with brake rotors, tires, hardware (and a dog)
~a beach-cruiser bicycle
~two cute teeny-boppers at Sturgis
~3 XL pizzas and two six-packs of microbrew (the 500R's tank is especially well-suited for this.)
I love lane-splitting up to the front at a stoplight with a full load like that, looking over at the empty truck or SUV next to me, and then roosting away from them when the light changes!

I wish I could relate to that. Just few days ago, I saw a guy riding with a large laundry Container on his bike. The last thing I remember carrying with me is two 6 pack heineken beer. oh well.
btw, I like your dog (it's high time Shoei makes helmet for them as well.)
