Default one problem down...next...

now that i have bought a black box for my bike i now realize my bike had another problem, yeah!

so..i drove about an hour and 1/2 straight no troubles...shut the bike down, grabbed a 12 oz can of soda and whachamacallit candy bar...$2.63 omg! anyways..started the bike back up after bout 10 minutes and began headin back home...(now for the fun part) i went bout 10-15 miles and the bike just dies,n i pull over (so the cagers dont run me over!) i crack open the carb bowls on both carbs, bike starts runs nother 10-15 miles same thing. if i try to start the bike after it dies, it wont, until i crack the bowls on the carbs....i have been weary of the routin of my fuel line on the bike and after lookin at alot of freakin bikes online im thinkin re-routin this fuel line may help idk for sure tho..i ve included a pic of my fuel routing here as well

Just a suggestion or three; make sure you don't have a vacuum problem in your gas cap. If it makes a sucking sound when you open it, the vent hole isn't working.
Double check fuel filter and all fuel lines. Tight? No leaks? No cracks?
Make sure there's no crud around your petcock inside the tank. (Likely not, but it's a place to check.)
Double check the floats in the carbs to make sure they're set properly, and more importantly, are actually "floating" to adjust the gas volume in the bowls.
Is your petcock **** installed correctly? Are you running on "reserve" when you should be running on "On?"
My 2 cents...

I am not 100%, but from the pic, you are forming a "trap" with that layout.

PS: That fuel line in the picture does seem to be a bit long. Try running about 1/2 to 1/3 of that tubing; more of a straight shot.
Try it once without the in-line filter, too.

another issue i found is that when a bulb goes out on my bike ...dont go to auto zone and grab one that looks really close...it causes u to blow ur tail light fuse and makes bein seen and seein ur speed/rpms/temp gauge very diffucult...is there any place that sells bulbs for the blinker/parkin lights? or am i just unlucky in my choice selections?

If you cannot read the wattage of the bulb, a look alike is or can be certain doom. Your manual may tell you what the style and wattage will be. Be thankfull that the fuse did its job and that you did not fry the electrical. Unless you have other issues of course.
