Default Ninja 250r 2008 Wont Start

So, i was turning my bike around on a hill, when i realized that it was starting to tip! Well, i dropped it. I got it back up, and then tried to start it up (there was no physical damage except for a little crack to the frame) and all it would do is just keep on turning. I'm thinking that the engine might have flooded, and i've seen those posts saying how to clear a flooded engine. When it tipped, i think the engine turned off by itself, because it fell and it was still in first gear, and then shut itself of because i had to let go of the clutch. So that might have flodded it, maybe? I don't know that much.

Also, before that, when i stopped on the hill, and then began to go up that hill, it wouldn't shift into gear for some reason. But i finally got it into gear by just pushing it up and down (there's only 6 gears, and i definitely pushed it down 6 times, but it didn't come to a stop) and once it somehow got into gear was when i began to turn the bike around on the hill.

So after i pushed it home i noticed that it still wont shift into gear, although it also wont start up. I don't think that that has anything to do with it starting up, but it's happened before where it wouldn't go into gear, so that might be another problem. But the main problem is why it wont start. Thanks in advance for all the help, this fourm looks great!

NVM, i got it working by using your flooded engine tips, THANKS!! Aparently it was a little flooded.

But i still have a question on why it doesn't shift into gear a few rare times. Any ideas? it's not a major problem, unless it happens on the roads, which would suck.
