Default New 2005 Ninja owners

Hi, I just got my first bike. The 2005 ninja. I love it. Any advice for sliders? I am not sure where to get some put on the bike.

I'm in the same boat with you on that one. I take the course April 22, so I should have my license on the 25th!!

Well here the couse is backed up for a month or so. The course is on a military base and it's free so I can't complain.

I live on the east coast of Canada (in New Brunswick) so it is pretty different from the west when it comes to weather! I love it up here, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else to be honest. The weather sucks a lot of the time, winters are friggin cold and there is a ton of snow, but then again, that means we get to go snowmobiling (its a lot of fun, if you're dressed properly). Summers aren't too bad, they're usually not too hot, just right temperature wise. Of course we get a few days that are too hot. Actually, if you've ever been to Maine, it is pretty much the same as here.

One of the best things about here is free health care. My brother in law lives in Alabama and he has told me some of the prices he has paid for health care and let me tell you, that is insane! I'm thankful that I can go to my doctor or the hospital and not have it cost me.

You should venture up sometime, I think you'd like it. Oh yeah, if you like beer, not to brag or anything, but it is awesome beer compared to what I've had down in the US.

Whats California like? I've always wanted to go there, it looks like a nice place - other than the earthquakes and mudslides (we don't get that stuff here)

Well, California is ok I juse moved here about a year ago from Japan. and before that I lived in Florida. The weather is good most of the time. It get's sunny and nice but the beach water is freezing compared to the East coast. The winters are not too bad you can wear a light coat out and still have fun. The poeple are a little weard here. I am still getting used to it to tell you the truth. Well, I am at work right now but I'll email you back to tell you more in a few.
