Default Front Stand Recommendations

I just thought I was getting the bike ready for winter. Work may be sending me off somewhere for quite a while. So I need to raise the front wheel off the ground. Does anybody have any recommendations on a good brand?

Oh yeah, Happy New Year to All

Why do you feel you need to get the front wheel off the ground?
Do you still have the stock center stand on your bike?
I look at it this way: when the bike is on the centerstand, I can let the front wheel rest on the palm of my hand without discomfort. Therefore, the weight on the front tire can't be that much.
I have a Lockart-Phillips front-end stand for my other bikes that don't have a center stand. It's good, cheap, and solid, but as long as you have an intact centerstand on your bike, a front-end stand is overkill.
Anytime I have to remove the 500's front wheel, I usually just put the saddlebags on the bike and stick a used battery in one of them.
Taste great, less filling, tastes like chicken!
Happy New Year.

If you are not doing suspension work and just want to lift the front tire www.redlinestands.com. Easy on the wallet andthey work just fine. I will never buy another brand. It's just a stand and JMO.

hmm, street rides, the tires are off the ground. If to reuse them. Track, both tires are off the ground but new rubber is installed for scrub in no matter what.Cold track and cold tires(of what age)is not the most comfy feeling.
