I did the underside of my windscreen as well. The paint I used is called Krylon® Fusion, which works perfect and it is (semi-flexible), it doesn't state this but with vibration and what not during normal riding it hasn't cracked or chipped at all, it even survived the AZ summer.

my roommate and i took off the enitre front fairing and cut the braket so that my bike now just has the stock headlight and gauges (and mirrors) for a cool streetfighter like look.
i'm planning on also adding a jet kit on once i have a new exhaust and air filter.
i'm gonna have to cut my fenders now too as pictured before...
