Looks nice.
You used a 6 swingarm and exhaust can? I don't like the gold calipers though. May as well place a better set of forks on this since the swingarm and linkages have changed. How much more weight do you think will be added because of these mods? Will the frame be able to handle the stress? I like the concept/looks but am also taking into consideration the total outcome. I wouldn't mind trying that out though for testing purposes. Place twin small diameter cannisters in the upswept section of the tail similar to this. Or like the Toomies that looked great on the Banshee quads.

Yeah I used a swing arm from the 6, I think I might change it to the square tube swing arm that would be a stock piece on the 08' 250R. I also lowerd the front end just over the front tire like the ZX big brothers, and shaved a little from the base of the rear tail to make the tail look alittle higher, I also used a lower front fairing from the 6 just cause I like it. I was kinda going for what a ZX2-R would look like if Kawasaki actually made it, like renaming the Ninja 250R to Ninja ZX2-R, would be a load of fun to race these is a 250cc series around a road coarse wouldn't it?
