heh, i rebuilt the engine so that was a huge plus for the maintainence, other than that just valve adjustments and oil changes.
i didn't have a speedometer, i mainly kept it logged on everytime i hit the fuel reserve i would fill up with gas and kept a little notebook of how many times i filled up, it ended up beingat leasttwice a week, about 400 miles a week. when i bought the bike it had 44,000 on it
