Will you be using a different upper fairing to fit this headlight? If the shape of this retrofit headlight brings the 250's appearance up to date, I'm sure a lot of people would be very interested.

Id be interested, just keep in mind that the electrical system only has about 55w to spare if you are adding bulbs.

ahh as I was looking for headlights for batang's retrofit,I came accross this site.
I'll be doing the retrofit with a bixenon G35 projector...I'll swap lenses with the e30 for a sharp cutoff, blue colorband and more output(wider).
I just purchased some headlights and will be using murano shrouds.

Method:
- I will be sanding out the headlights to make them clear.
- fitment will require modification
- The projector must be as close as possible to the outside lense of the headlight housing so there will be more light and have greater foreground limiter.
- custom murano shrouds will be used for a unique look
- This will be my first bike retrofit lol

If you don't take into account of the projector's fitment in the housing and how much it will stick out of the housing... you will encounter problems when mounting them onto the bike because if the projector sticks too far out the housing, it'll hit the frame... if not the projector, the ballast plug may or will not fit because of the frame.

Good luck
