resetting trip meter while moving
I was watching a video on youtube posted by sfninja. He makes videos about, among other things motorcycling-related, riding around on his 250R with tips for beginners and so on.
Check it out sometime. http://www.youtube.com/user/sfninja

RE: resetting trip meter while moving
I have no idea if it's true or not. I have reset my trip while riding without having any problems, so maybe it was just some freak incident that it happened to this guy.

RE: resetting trip meter while moving
my M.O.M always says not to reset it while ridng because it is dangerous taking your eyes off the road(crash wise) M.O.M never said it will screw it up.i reset mine at the station also.

I honestly can't see how that would screw up the mechanism for the trip meter. I think it was just a freak coincidence (I know I fraked up the spelling on that one)
