Rejet w/full exhaust.

Rejet w/full exhaust.
Anybody done the rejet w/the full exhaust, yet? I put the Area P No Limits full system onlast week, and it runs more than adequately, and safely. It has a couple of flat spots and hesitations, though. You really only notice them on light/minimal throttle, or transitions. So, it's not a big deal, but I want the bike to run right.
I was just wondering what the rejet would do to gas mileage. I'd have them do a "conservative" rejet, if there is such a thing. I'm more concerned w/fuel economy than power on this bike.
Any help? I can guess what it'll do, as I've done a lot of different bikes. I'm looking for actual, specific experience w/this bike, ideally.
Thanks.

I'll actually have them fiddle w/the stock set-up. They can shim the needles, so I'll save the cost of the after-market jet kit. It's not off by much at all. OTOH, if I could rejet it and add an air filter w/o losing much mpg, I'd be there. If it didn't lose low-mid, which it almost certainly would. I'll probably just shim/adapt the stock equipment.

Found this for the DynoJet kit for the '08 Ninja 250R...not sure I want to spend the $$ for this, so keep me posted.
http://www.dynojet.com/jetkits/motorcycle/kawasaki.aspx It's the 3rd one down the list and be sure to look at the .PDF file attached.

RE: Rejet w/full exhaust.
Nice little gain in the upper-midrange. I wonder if that's compared to stock? I would guess. If so, what would the difference be between the stock bike w/exhaust vs. the exhaust/jet kit combo? In either event, it's only about 1 hp and a minimal gain. I imagine I already got most of that gain w/just the exhaust. Now, if I can get rid of the slight flat spots, and still keep the gas mileage (And more of my money in my pocket.), I'm good.
I'll see what goes. It may be a while. I'll have them do it when they do the first valve check. Save a little money while they're in there anyway...

RE: Rejet w/full exhaust.
You better richen up the jetting before you burn up a valve.
I replaced the factory air box on my 95 with some pod filters and am currently in the process of figuring out the right jetting...I put 3 #4 brass washers under the needles, turned the air/fuel screws out to 2.75 turns out, stock 38 PJ drilled out ever so slightly to save money on new jets, (especially if I get the wrong size and have to go bigger it is a waste of money), and Switched stock MJ from 105 to 110. I had to drill out the MJ ever so slightly as the 110 wasnt enough. I think I am almost done. the bike runs great but I need to turn the arir/fuel screws out to improve the idle.
I say just shim the needles, play with the air/fuel screws, and drill out your jets to save money

RE: Rejet w/full exhaust.
I'm not worried about burning up the engine. It runs a bit lean, but nothing dangerous. I spoke w/the owner of Area P at pretty good lenght about it, and there are no signs of it being excessively lean. I would like for it to be a bit sharper and cleaner, though. I will probably just tinker w/the stock stuff. That will be more than adequate, and much cheaper. When I get around to it. It runs plenty good to use every day.
