Default Put my Yoshi on today...:

I didn't get the carbon fiber one because they are 1. more than what I wanted to spend and 2. out of stock. Took about an hour to put on with the improper tools ><

As for the sound itself... It is really hard to say whether I like the sound or hate it. I'll have to ride it around some more, but honestly right now, if anyone is on the fence about it, I would have to say 'save your money.' Maybe the exhaust note will grow on me ::Shrug::

Edit: Liking the sound more now.

Nah, that'd be well beyond my level of technical know-how.

Working with carbs has always been something I've truly hated doing anyway.I almost didn't buy the bike because of it as a matter of fact.

It would be a good idea though. An aftermarket pipe can really lean out the Air/Fuel ratio when installed with a factory carb setup. You might talk to a shop to see how much they would charge to do it. Plus, you would likely get much better performance from the engine too.

looks good. I have a question though, whats the diameter of the pipe on the inlet side of the muffler? I realy want carbon mufflers for my 07 but they dont make em. So im thinking maybe i could make a set from an 08 work...

I'll ask them, but I have a pretty good idea of how much they're going to want... Too much :P

I'm actually thinking of probably selling the bike and getting something with EFI. If that means I have to get a 600, then... Oh well.

I really don't miss those "shrek ears" or fender at all lol! The exhaust looks really good though and it is a nice looking bike, I'm partial tored but the green is ok too.
