Default passenger's and the 250

so how many of u have rode with a passenger on the back of there 250? like is it hard to handle the bike? since its only a 250, does the front tire want to come off the ground cause of the extra weight? also what is the max weight of a person u would take on the bike with u?

I'm about 180lbs and The passengers I have had were between 100 to 125 lbs. The very first time taking off from a stop was a little awkward, but after a couple stop and goes, I was fine with a passenger. You have to be more careful all around when carrying a passenger. The extra weight, and the fact that the passenger won't always lean with you in turns can upset the balance. I also notice my rear spring likes to bottom out often with a passenger.

The 250 like any other sport bike is awkwardwith two aboardsince the passenger will be very cramped. Handling is not bad if thepassenger is experienced and is 150 lbs or less. The front wheel will try to come up on hard shifts but not like on a larger bike it is more of a jolt than a sustained lift.I do not ride my 250 for more than an hour at a time but there are some riders who have put 10 hours in, it depends on how much iron you have in your rump.

The 250 is a super little bike if you are considering it but you will want more bike very soon if you plan on extended or two up riding. I keep mine for a commuter it handles like a little bomb.

I ride 2 up a couple times a month but there usually short trips. When you ride with someone lighter then you in the back it isn't that bad. But my wife only weighs 10 more lbs then me and i only weigh 130 its feels odd to ride with her on the back.

Anytime a person rides with you will upset the suspension behavior. Let alone the lack of or knowledge of the passenger.

Well that it easy, I would only carry a girl on the back, no dudes 2 up, and my girls have a weight limit in general that is 125 lbs. Therefore, passenger could weigh 125lbs max, easy!

I am a heavy one (250) and my wife is 112, i ride with her all the time, the main difference i notice with her on is that my headlight shines on every body rear view mirror, and because of the small engine and extra weight i have a harder time shifting smoothly, is like when you ride a small engine car by yourself and them your friends get on it it feels like the carjust struggles when u shift, but then again i am on the heavy side...

Sounds like Notstock isn't comfortable enough with this sexuality to give his buddy a ride if he needed it...

Sounds like you've been accused of the same and have rehearsed a clear cover-up.
