The real bitch is waiting for your parts! maybe I'm just WAY too impatient, but there's nothing more annoying than waiting a week to get the ONE part left that you need to finish what you're doing.[:@]

I'm sure in Cali, you must have plenty of bike shops around to get the parts you need. Here where I live, there is only two places to get your stuff. and since I'm only needing parts for my old bike, they never have what I need anyway.[:'(] Thank god for the inner-net!

Well there has to be something out there that sounds better then they do stock. I think the stock sound is hella lame. anyone have any sound clips of what a non-stock pipe sounds like?

Hee hee Killer Ninja Bee!

Like my Killer be eh? LOL

I know the muzzie exhaust would have a better sound, but first of all, it's a 2 into 1 system, so you loose your dual mufflers.[:'(] And second, most exhaust systems, you will have to rejet the carbs to compensate the extra flow.

I wish my 250 had a little bit more grunt to the exhaust also, but it IS a 250. It takes BIG displacement to get a good sound. In other words your 250's will always sound like killer bees!!! (but never wasps)[]

So how hard is it to rejet the carbs? And I think I would be willing to let go of one pipe to get a better sound, I think. What it really come down to is I want to hear one!!!!!

With one exhaust you no longer have the hot pipe problem with the helmet lock.

That is very true

I will see if I can find a video, or audio clip of a aftermarket exhaust on a 250. I'm sure I've seen one before.
