i just picked up my 04 ninja 250 yesterday...and i got worried when i found this:

when i was cleaning the bike up i found my VIN starting with JKA EX(12letters/numbers) on the frame right below the cluster...when i was wiping off the motor i noticed another number on the motor starting with just EX(11 letters/numbers)but its is not the same as the VIN...is this normal...orsomewhere along the line did someone put anewer/older motor in it...
