I hope it's an 09 since I get mine in a couple of weeks but to be honest I find it hard to believe he could have one already but it's possible.

I personally think its a modded 08 but can't be totally sure until I see my 09 :-)

Perhaps you should have read the posts that went with it. This is from the guy that posted the pics in the first place.

Re: Looks Sweet!

Yeah lol my girlfriend got it for my because of the position and i tend to make alot of skull **** jokes. so yeah. lol removed the air box resonator, tinted tail and headlights, flush mounted the rear turn signals, relocated the tag, "custom" fender eliminator, and tinted the windshield.

It's sweet looking that's for sure. But it is indeed an '08 with mods, not an '09. Besides I 100% guarantee that the '09's will be identical to the '08's. Why, because it would be counter productive to change the bike 2 years in a row. I've been in manufacturing before and can tell you that unless there are major flaws in a design no company will make changes to a product like this right after making a complete redesign. It would kill any sort of profits they would make which after all is what it's all about in the end.

LOL...yeah it was too confusing to try and read for me as well. I agree with you Sombo that nothing much is going to change on the 09s. I heard a rumor that they tweaked the suspension a little bit more that that was the only change i've heard any rumors of.
