Its racetechs info for the 250. Its actually $169. If your seals are good you shouldnt have to rebuild anything it can all be done from the top of the fork using the drain to remove the oil. You can even leave them on the bike. I had a bad seal and had to rebuild the forks. DO NOT USE GENERIC SEALS AND BUSHINGS. I tried a generic Vesrah seal and it was a nightmare because it got stuck half in and wouldnt come back out. I ended up having to replace the bushings because I trashed them getting the generic seal out.

Im pretty sure its not worth it for the ex500 front end. If I remember correctly theyre damper rod as well. Better time and $ invested in GVEs. You dont want to throw the handling of the bike off by changing its symmetry using a front end that may be longer than stock.

Actually, was thinking more on the line of swapping out the triple tree that will use the stock head bearings. but yes, $150 is cheaper than that for sure.
