Its racetechs info for the 250. Its actually $169. If your seals are good you shouldnt have to rebuild anything it can all be done from the top of the fork using the drain to remove the oil. You can even leave them on the bike. I had a bad seal and had to rebuild the forks. DO NOT USE GENERIC SEALS AND BUSHINGS. I tried a generic Vesrah seal and it was a nightmare because it got stuck half in and wouldnt come back out. I ended up having to replace the bushings because I trashed them getting the generic seal out.

the only alternative is the EX500 isnt it? there arent too many bikes with forks as small as the 250, might be able to swap out the complete triple clamp/steering stem and forks with something, but that would take alot of measuring and research. I was thinking the emulaters were more around $250 or so....150 isnt so bad
