Default my bike didnt start

Its been really cold here and getting down into the low 40's but it was nice yesterday so I thought I'd take a trip to my friends house but the bike was completely dead. The bf took the battery out and put it on the charger and 0. After several hours, it had some what of a charge, but he took it off overnight and this morning it was dead again. Now I need to buy a new battery, None of the shops are open till Tuesday though.

my bike is an 05. Easy enough to fix for a lil bit of $$. I stopped at a bike shop that happened to be open and the battery was $85. I didnt buy it, which really sucks, cause its hi 70's today. I hope I can find one cheaper.

It's a 2005, and the battery is dead already? Seems kinda soon to me!

here in cali wal-mart has motorcycle batteries. they have a little computer at battery isle type in your info and it tells you what battery to get. ive found batteries cheaper there than at a shop.

I went to WalMart and they have a battery for every Ninja but the 250. The 500 battery is too big[:@] I thought that it was soon for a battery to die also, but it has been pretty cold. Last winter was freezing, lots of 0 degree weather. But I had the battery checked and its crap

Get a battery tender Jayden. Once you winterize as in disconnecting the battery, and the other goodies, use the tender. Cold weather is harsh on batteries.
