I think they only sent out out black 09's. Everywhere seems has to gotten the 09 in black, including myself. Enjoy the ride. Its a nice bike and i've thoroughly enjoyed my three days with it. =)

 

The only color that they are not sending out is green. I have an Red 09 coming in any day now.

Black is a sweet color. Only problem is, it would look dirty all the time, and well I just couldn't have that. Welcome to the forums and congrats on the bike.

 

I saw a blue one last weekend.

 

I don't know if anyone can answer this but if anyone is really up on dealership knowledge they might be able to.

I have an 09 Ninja coming to me (ANY DAY NOW) but at this point there is very little of the riding season left for me (I Live in Vermont!) and I'm not sure I want to purchase the bike and them make payments on it over the winter when I can't ride it. Part of the reason that I can buy the bike is the gas savings I will get (I normally drive a truck which gets 14-17mpg) but I will not get this over the Winter when I'm not riding. I know that this is the bike I want and I'm wondering if anyone know the likelyhood that I could get one in the Spring? - Or when the deliveries normally come. I know there will be one a few weeks after the September meeting but it there another delivery closer to Spring?

If anyone knows anything I'd appretiate the info.
