i want to cry_! please read..
so i spent 4700 and waited 2 months for my 250r from central jersey motor sports of south river, they called me yesterday and told me my bike was all ready to go and could be picked up tomorrow "today" in the afternoon. I drove an hour north to the shop payed a tow driver and they tell me that my bike has been shipped back because of freight damage and that i won't be able to get it because the 09's are coming out. I call kawasaki corp, and they say they don't do freight damage returns, they ship the damaged part in and thy fix it for me. So i called the dealership and asked for the truth about my bike and he told me the "conversation is over" "go **** yourself" and hung up. After 5 months of getting my licence and a 1000 in gear my bike was given to someone else because they didn't like me! i was overly polite! and payed straight up! I'm so upset that i called out of work and probably won't have a motorcycle until the winter, ****YOU CENTRAL JERSEY MOTORSPORTS, ****ing low grade scum! i've already filed a complaint with the BBB, let you guys know, and filing a report with the police station on fraudulent business, and have already contacted my family lawyer. This place is so ****ed! i hate you! thanks for reading.

Sorry about your troubles, here's the way I would have handled it. You walk right into the dealership and ask someone who the owner is and where he is and demand a face to face. If he treats you like the guy on the phone, then leave and start sending e-mails with full details about your experience to everyone that will listen. If he acts like he's surprised at the treatment by one of his employees then demand to get that person into the office and fix the situation. Nobody deserves what happened to you. And if you don't get results, then I would send as many e-mails under 1000 different names directly to the BBB and Kawasaki directly. With an economy as bad as we are facing things should only get better for the customer not worse. What a bunch of tools. Maybe a couple hundred e-mails or phone calls from members on this site will help them get a clue. Let us know if we can help. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR they woke the bear!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I edited your post for language.

I took my money walked out, scored the lottery, and by that i mean i found a red one!!!!! that a guy walked on the deposit!!!! and it's in my garage, first bike ever!!!! and i love it... thanks to all the KAWI fans and supporters WHOOOOOOOOO!

There you go guys, do your worst and put these rejects out of business.
Oh and grats on finding a bike elsewhere. It would seem that you had someone higher up watching your back and helping you out.
