Ok so i bought a kawasaki ex250 and it wasn't running i had a friend clean the carb and we got it running but not well, i think its getting too much fuel, he thinks its getting to much air. So I went and put 110 jets in, cause it had 105's in it(Question one, what is stock size for the keihin carb?) now it won't fire at all, when it did run with the 105's in it would bog down when you opened up the throttle and when you had the choke on it'd idle at about 5000 r's, with choke off it'd idle nice at 1500 r's, i took the stock air box off and put on the k&n air filters, that is why i upped the size of the main jets, i have no idea why this isn't running right, any help will be greatly appreciated, also when i did the spark plug test i have great spark, but the spark plugs were WET, too wet what does this mean? Any help greatly apprecieated, thanks-Mike.

where they wet with fule or oil soundes like the air scroo is to far in junk in the neadles anh seats jets too big mains and piolet where bolth plugs wet or just one?

 

Sounds like too much fuel...whether or not ur getting more airflow to it, too much fuel is too much fuel...
