RE: Height, Age and Weight
LOL deej..
me..
ok. 6'00" 150lbs and 26.
i make my bikes do what i want, regardless.. lol
i have 2 older (early 90's) ZX6-Es and a '00 ZX7-R very low..
600s- stock ride height and for being 460lbs, still remarkably flickable. heavy twisty fun with peg touchdown all the time.
750- for being scrapey and low, its about the same.. can't turn worth a damn tho.. scrapes in nasty corners, with passenger aboard, and can't get the peg to the ground without an atrocity. pretty much just a moderate twisty fun toy and for show.
my size doesn't seem to change the persuasion of different bikes..
been on a 250 HP busa, and that handled the same as any R6, gixxer ,or other bike i've been on.. (busa was just stupid, brutal fast in straight lines tho)
handling i think is all in technique.. yes, an RC-51 handles better than an '05 hayabusa, and an R6 handles better than said RC-51 (not by much tho..) but its all technique!
thats about it.. lol all seems the same to me guys.. i've been on alot of bikes..
and i'd like to welcome you new guys!! good to have ya here!!

RE: Height, Age and Weight
390 lbs
89 years old
Mods: cane attachment (kind of like House MD's!)
Oxygen tank w/nos capability (interchangability) - accidentally breathed nos the otherday and wow... it was better than an energy drink.
Lowered suspension to enable mounting of bike
racing exhaust so my hearing aids will pick it up
Aerostich (cause you know who actually wears that stuff).....
Training/wheelchair wheels modification to aid in highspeed stability over 15 mph
Bike handles great up to 10 mph, haven't taken it past that yet. Its on its breakin period.

RE: Height, Age and Weight
I'm 5'10', 42yrs, & 175pounds, I'm 28 years experience, but my new 2008 Ninja250R does not means for beginning riders, New 250R is lightweight, performance, gas saver, and Damn Fun! my2002 Buell Blast always breakingengine mount bolts all the time. it cost me many hundreds of money. I'm going to sell my lemonBlast

RE: Height, Age and Weight
Likewise, I'm 42 years old, and I've had a bunch of bikes over the last 25 years. This is a great bike: smooth, crisp, practical, and fun, w/a race bike's heart. And we all know what a bargain it is. Ride it for what it is, and you can't help but love it.
Oh, yeh: 6'0"/175#.

RE: Height, Age and Weight
I'm 51 years old (be 52 on June 10), 5'8" short and about 175 pounds. And I'm retired. Been riding since 1968 (mostly MX until 1980) and got back on the streetin 2000. My '08 Ninja 250R is my 5th bike since 2000. I've owned a 2000 Kawi ZR-7, two Kawi ZRX1200R, both 2001 models and a 2002 Suzuki SV650S. I think the reason I like the 250R so much is that it reminds of my lightweight dirt bikes from years ago....and it's just a damn fun bike to ride (and it doesn't cost and arm and leg to insure and maintain)...
