Height, Age and Weight

Height, Age and Weight
Just thought I'd start a sort of original thread here based on my browsing the last 6 pages in this forum.
State your height, age and weight as well as your bike year, and perhaps state how the bike handles and responds to your corresponding numbers.
I think this could be an interesting comparison!
I'm 29, about to turn 30 (yikes). I'm 5'11" and weight 155lbs. I have an 08 250r but it's my first bike so I have nothing to compare it to. Seems to fit and handle perfectly for my size.
What about the rest of you?

RE: Height, Age and Weight
Gday Gday,
I am from Cairns in Oz...my bike just arrived in the shop yesty and i'll be pickin it up in tha am...wOOt!!!!! *still grinnin*
I am 5'4", 38 and three munchins (9,10,13) so weight is irrelevant in my life - Lol
My Red 08 Ninja 250is my first bike and i am anew rider, (possibly middleaged crisis situation??). I am just stoked that I can sit on it and actually flat foot the ground - this is a great achievement when your only 5'4"!!!
We have only just got the ninja 250's here in oz and they only come in black or red...AND mine is the first eva ninja 250 in Cairns.
Let you know how it all goes after easter - gonna give the easter bunny a run for his money on mileage - lol.
Happy Easter Everyone

I'm 6'1", 180lbs. 1/4 century old!
My 250R is the "classic" 2006 model. Comparing it to my old KZ750, the Ninja is an absolute featherweight on it's toes. Very nimble and oh so simple. Engine power leaves more to be desired at times, although fuel mileage more than makes up for it. The stock suspension is on the soft side. The bike still handles well, but having stiffer front forks and an adjustable rear shock would really improve things. (2008 owners consider yourself lucky! Your suspensions already have all of that.)
The Ninja 250R new or old is in a class of it's own. Back when I took the MSF course, I had the chance to ride a few other 250cc bikes like the Honda Rebel, and a Suzuki gz250. In no way could the other 250's even come close in terms of value and performance compared to the venerable, mighty 250R.

my 88 750R has no problem with my weight and size. compared to the 600 Gixxers n Ninjas my buddies ride, it handles me quite well. i always felt like a retard humping a football on those 600s n 636s!! lol

5'5", 115 lbs, and my last bike was a '06 GSX-R600 (sold it in Jan). Lets just put it this way, imagine a ghost riding on a rocket.....then imagine me blowing by on the left.
I'm glad to hear that you bigger guys seem to think that the '08 250R does okay. I'm considering it as my next bike, but I'm a little worried after having always ridden 600s. I'm sure it'll get the job done...
