RE: headlight issuses
when youget to the back of the headlight housing, theres gunna be a small clip that kinda rotates down and locks in place. this is what'll hold the bulb in place.. gotta make sure of 2 things..
1. that the lil tabs on the bulb line up and firt in the slots in the holder, and
2. that theat lil spring-type holder has a tight fit. this is also the ground for the bulb, and if its loose, it will arc and get hot, causing headlight trouble, short bulb life, and pitting of the contact surface, which THEN gives you abnormal resistance and drawing more power.. its all downhill from there.. lol

RE: headlight issuses
just to let you know unless you bought actual HID kit and not just a replacement bulb, it wont come out as you expect. (dimmer and less color) sorry man, hope all goes good

RE: headlight issuses
unfortunately with your headlight, the lense diffuses the HIDlight too much to be useful...
theres HID kits out there, but from what i've seen thus far, i'm not impressed with them. they flicker and are generally crap...
the ballast takes a good amount of power to run, being the theres a few transformations in the voltage potential and type in the ballast along its way to the bulb...
often times, the power needed, and the power generated are way out, and the ballast can neither establish or maintain the arc.
