I'm 220# and looking to limit the nose-dive on the front during braking but only have the cash now for either GVE's or new springs. What gives the most bang for the buck for a commuter/touring bike, and not a racer? Thanks

Racetech said for my weight I should be looking at .80kg springs and I think the ex 500 springs were rated at around .58? Don't know how much of a difference this will make for my commuter/touring bike since its not a racer. What do you think?

The 500 springs dont make much of a difference but if your going to get GVEs then they are ideal with GVEs probably the best set up available.
If just doing springs get the racetech .80s the 500s arent worth the time and $.
