Flashing Brake Mod

Flashing Brake Mod
I know in the MSF class I took they recommend that you flash your brakes when you are slowing down or stopping and then they mentioned that there are add on kits you can get as well as alot of newer bikes have them already.
Does anyone know of one that will work with a 2007 Ninja 250?

RE: Flashing Brake Mod
I chose the super bright blinding Radiantz LED bulbs instead of flashing lights. Although you could do both.
Running light on...
Brake applied...
Not ALL LED bulbs are made the same!!!
These bulbs are definitely not cheap compared to the crap LEDs you can get on eBay, but I guarantee you won't be missed by anybody driving behind you. (Unless they're asleep at the wheel!)
Custom Dynamics also sells the rotating/flashing LED lights, but I don't think they are the radiantz LEDs, so I wouldn't buy them.

FYI: The 1.85 inch radiantz LED is what I bought for my 250R, and it fits perfect! I actually thought it was gonna be way too big until I put it in the housing.
Below is a review of the Radiantz LEDs by webbikeworld. You can also find much more information on motorcycle lighting on this website. This is a very good read:

If you can't tell already, I'm VERY fond of these lights!

RE: Flashing Brake Mod
The integrator I bought also has a "flashy-light" setting. But it didn't make much sense to have a flashing brake light on one side of the taillight and a flashing turn signal on the other. Wouldn't that ruin the point of the integrated turn signals?

RE: Flashing Brake Mod
Ya know it's a damn shame how muuch money we have to spend to be seen out there when a cagercan drive around with:
No brake lights at all
No tail lights at all
No head light
Missing license plates
Inoperable turn signals
Bald tires
Wobbling tires
Hub caps that fly off while going down the road
Throwing sh** out the window
No Rear view mirror
No catalytic converter / loud exhaust
Smoke billowing out of their pipes
Phones stuck in their ears
Food and drinks being consumed while driving
No seat belts (it's law here now)
Kids bouncing aound in the beds of trucks while traveling down the highway
Dogs jumping around in the back seat
Crap loaded so high in the car that the windows are blocked
Sorryguys, it justmakes me mad that we have to take all the extra precautions for our safety and these butt munches don't give a flying F*** about us out there on 2 wheels.Ok, I'm done, just had to get that off my chest!
