I wish that did not hang the helmet upside down. If it rains, that would get squishy! (I park my bike all day at the train station)

 

Ok what does everyone think of this?

Hang your helmet on your mirror, so the open side is face down, and then loop a cable through the D-ring and also through the handlebars or whatever. If the cable is near taught, the helmet will not get water in it, will not fall off, and will be secure...? The trick may be finding a cable that is exactly the right length. But then again, if it is loose, someone would have to purposely remove the helmet from the mirror perch and set it upside down to get water in it. Who would do that? [&:]

I have not tried this yet, thought I'd blow it past you all. Whaddaya think?

 

hahaha, I do not leave my $ helmets hanging on the ride that is for sure.
