Sounds nice. I'm kinda "iffy" on the comments for the brakes. Kinda sucks that you buy a bike and you are told in advance that the brakes are only "adequate".

I looked at them last year when they started to warm theUS market. I love the looks but thats about it.

Its heavy
taller seat height
Its an air cooled 250, I do own an oil cooled Katana, I would not own an air cooled 250 with full fairings.
No used parts...yet
No history

For the price I paid $ 3500 for both my'03250 and '01 Katana in good condition I would rather have 2 for the price on one very cool looking but possibly slow bike.

I havent scratched the bike off the list but I will spend some time on one before dumping the $ for one. I keep hopeing Ill come across someone that actually has one.

Get one and let us know how it is

At the end of the video they showed a guy ride a wheelie on it. It looked like he was able to pop the clutch and get it up. I have 0 experience riding or trying to ride a wheelie, but doesn't that show good power when you are able to do that? Can you get a ninja 250 up by popping the clutch? How do you get a 250 ninja up?

Looked at buying one but the dealer told me that parts would be Hell to Get. and i couldn't picture spending an additional 1K for basically a Ninja 250, and i had never heard of the HYOSUNG, but it deff. looks nicer than the Ninja, i think the dealer even showed me a naked version of the GT250R

Did anyone read the Hyosung article? It was dynoed at 24pswhich equals24hp, they didnt mention if that was rear wheel or fly wheel but im guess fly wheel as the top speed is 130km!!!!!!! Thats 80.8 MPH!!!!! The bike looks awesome and idk about you but If you ever go on a freeway or interstate I think you want a lil more of a top speed than that incase you have to pass someone or take a long grade for that matter.
