Does my alignment look off? Is it fixable?

Does my alignment look off? Is it fixable?
Hi, I was wondering if my front wheel looks off centered? I also wanted to know if it's fixable.. I heard things about loosening the tension on the forks or something.
It looks very slight but you can notice the front fender's off centered to the wheel.. but I guess the main concern is the front wheel's "straightness" compared to the handle bars.. How does it look guys?

It's hard to tell by the picture, but I think I can see it. How long have you owned your bike? If somebody owned it before you, and did some handy work on the front end without putting it back together properly, then yes, it's possible the wheel is offset likely by putting one of the wheel hub spacers on the wrong side, or even having it on backwards. Or, someone didn't align the speedometer gear hub properly causing it to offset a little.
This is how your wheel should be put together:

I've taken the axle nut off and whatever else that comes loose, but I'm afraid to get the internal pieces (inside the wheel) off in fear of damaging.. and was wondering if it was possible to tell if anything is mis-assembled? Or could it be the forks themselves?

Its normally more to the left (facing the bike) if the rotor is properly attached and the caliper is properly attached and they line up properly than likely its the normal offset to the front. The rear is offset as well.
Ill take a closer look at your pics tonight but if you look at the diagram posted here and all your parts are in the correct order and the wheel spins when you have the nut torqued to 80ft lbs then you are good to go.
The one thing you can screw up is the angle the cable in the coupling to the speedo goes, I did that wrong and now cant remember which angle it goes I would have to look at mine to remember.
