I have riden a Versys and it does rev slower so if you mean vibrations then the 650 might be better, i have taken 200mile trips on my bike and afterwards for liek 2 hours my hands still felt liek i was riding on the bike

Actually the 180 degree twin has pretty good primary balance, and a quill shaft to take out the rocking couple.

There's a little light vibration at around 4K rpm, but that's more of as tingling than a real vibration.

You're obviously unfamiliar with the bike.

If the problem is unstable steering, proper tyre pressure and preload settings, and correct weight distribution of any luggage are the usual culprits. Some tyres are also better than others.

switching from the old batlax tires to new continenetal road attack tires made a world of difference in the feel of my 6r - especially in cross winds, the different profile of the continentals required it to lean less against wind
