I'm in Reno too (Golden Valley). With all the snow we get up here, it looks like I'll have to wait until spring to pick one up [sm=sigh.gif]

yup! Just put my down payment on the blue 08 250 ninja last night...cannot wait for the day I hop on! Although, I'm going to have to wait to ride it until March time frame, because I live in the great NW, and it's getting awfully cold.

 

woot! I live one exit up from ya, Lemmon Valley. The snow does not stop me from riding though, its the icy roads that will.

 

Ya, but I'ma stone coldnewbie.The new 250 will be my first bike, and with MSF courses closed down for the winter around here, not having anyone to ride with if Igot my permit, and the fact that I'll be riding a new bike, I figure it would be best to wait it out. Lord knows I don't want to.

Well, I will see if the 250 is in my shop next year as well. Maybe two newbies can go riding then.

shop meaning my machine shop that I am building. Yes, newbie on a 250. Or any ride that I am unfamiliar with. But am seriously looking at the new 250 for next year now.

 

Hey guys I'm in Reno too. But the NW area near McQueen. Anyway I've been planning on getting my first bike for awhile now. I hated the look of the old Ninja 250's so I was looking at other bikes. But these 08 250's look awesome. I'm definately considering getting one. But it would be around March.
